Shelf-Ready Packaging
SRP and RRP formats designed to reduce store handling and move efficiently from shipping case to retail shelf.
What are shelf-ready packaging?
Shelf Ready Packaging (SRP), also called Retail Ready Packaging (RRP), combines transit protection with a quick-open retail presentation. Tear-away, perforated and open-top structures can reduce handling between the shipping case and the shelf.

Shelf-Ready Packaging questions
Requirements vary by product, retailer and programme. These are the practical starting points.
What is a PDQ display?
A PDQ display is a compact retail merchandising unit developed to present products on a shelf, counter or checkout area. Its dimensions, compartments, graphics and structure are normally tailored to the product and retail programme.
Can the size and structure be customized?
Yes. Dimensions, shelves, compartments, hooks, headers, dividers, trays, reinforcement and graphics can be developed around the project requirements.
Can displays be developed for retailer requirements?
Yes. Provide the applicable retailer packaging, footprint, handling or merchandising requirements and the project can be reviewed against them. DisplayNexa does not claim official affiliation with any retailer.
Can you support club-store style programmes?
Yes. Full, half and quarter pallet concepts can be reviewed for warehouse-club and high-volume retail environments according to the customer's and retailer's requirements.
Can displays arrive pre-packed with products?
Product loading, kitting, semi-assembly and retail-ready pack-out can be coordinated where the product, factory flow and programme requirements make it suitable.
Can you produce the display and product packaging?
Display and packaging requirements can be reviewed as one coordinated programme, including retail cartons, inserts, shipping cases and shelf-ready configurations.
What materials can be used?
Depending on the project, options can include corrugated board, paperboard, plastic, acrylic, PVC, PET, PP, metal, wire, wood, MDF and mixed-material structures.
Can you create a prototype before production?
Yes. Prototype or sample development is available so fit, assembly, presentation and packing can be evaluated before mass production.
